Our definition of catering is to go beyond meeting your expectations by adding some additional unexpected and surprisingly creative elements.

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin has earned a reputation for fine service with a unique approach to pleasing every individual customer. Seven of our ten catering managers have the CMP designation, three are certified sommeliers, and one additionally has the CPCE designation. We are also active in the local catering community. We currently have seven members in the Orlando National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) chapter with two members on the board as acting president and treasurer.
