Meet Our Catering Services Team:
Our award-winning catering and Convention Services team is directed by Ed DiAntonio, Director of Catering and Convention Services. DiAntonio serves as the immediate past president of the Orlando chapter of the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE). He also currently serves as chair, Chapter Presidents Council on the NACE national board. The Catering Team is led by Vanessa Kells, Director of Catering.

Banquet Staff:
The premier banquet staff at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin is managed by Kidane Futwi, Director of Banquets, and is comprised of a team of seasoned professionals who have impressive, long-term tenure with the Resort and have developed relationships with our clients which have lasted for years. Our banquet operation conducts an average of 4,200 covers a day and continues to gain acclaim for their impressive work.
